past sales career is preferred, but the role needs a softer, more
consultative - but still methodical and tenacious - sales approach.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Friendly, honest and hard-working
• Gifted with a professional approach and an eye for detail
• A well-spoken, intelligent, skilled, professional communicator
• Able to handle objections and rejection; B2B cold calling is key to the role
• Methodical and logical, familiar with the internet/Microsoft applications
• Able to empathise with a client, see their needs / challenges and proactively find solutions that can help them
YOUR EXPERIENCE
• Understanding of B2B service-based sales important
• Marketing agency, B2B services, Pharmaceutical marketing or medical education experience desirable
• A past sales career is preferred, but not required for the right candidate
THE ROLE

You will use the telephone, email and other technologies to generate
business for our clients. PLEASE NOTE: B2B cold calling is key to the
role
• You will manage accounts for our clients generating quality sales leads and appointments for them - and more
• You will need to be intelligent, and a 'self-starter'
•
You will be based at our brand-new, state-of-the-art Blue Bell Hill
office - between Chatham and Maidstone - in a friendly, relaxed
environment
• You will be fairly rewarded, allowed to laugh (occasionally!) and welcome to almost as much tea and coffee as you can drink…
